Let start with the basic sweet item Coconut Burfi.
coconut shredded-1 cup
sugar -1 cup
elachi powder - 1 spoon
ghee -4 teaspoon
In a kadai,fry cahews with ghee and keep it aside,add sugar and pour water upto sugar level,leave it for 1 string consistency.Then put shredded coconut and stir continously ,add elachi powder and cashews.When bubbles start at the edges pour it in a greased plate and cut pieces using a knife.Enjoy!
